Channel Account Manager – Cybersecurity & SaaS Partner Growth United Kingdom (On-site)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Channel Account Manager to build, manage, and scale our global partner ecosystem. This critical role focuses on fostering relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to drive revenue, expand UK & Ireland market coverage, and ensuring partner success—while collaborating across sales, marketing, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationships & Strategy

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic VAR partners aligned with Frame’s channel strategy
  • Build long-term, high-trust partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand market reach

Revenue & Growth

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to hit revenue targets
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasting for channel revenue
  • Optimise partner-generated opportunities to meet annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Enable partners via training, certifications, and dedicated sales support
  • Co-develop joint go-to-market plans (campaigns, events, and co-selling)
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to close partner-driven deals
  • Work closely with marketing to create and execute joint campaigns

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide partner insights to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement
  • Represent Frame’s vision at internal meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions

Success Metrics

Your impact will be measured by:

  • [Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth in the channel]
  • [Partner revenue growth]
  • [Number of partner-generated opportunities]
  • [Partners successfully onboarded and enabled]
  • [Joint marketing plan executions]

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

✅ 3+ years of onboarding, managing, and growing reseller partnerships ✅ Strong background in cybersecurity and SaaS channel sales ✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ✅ Ability to own both new partner acquisition and retention strategies ✅ Comfortability operating independently in a fast-paced start-up environment ✅ Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build trust and drive relationships
