Responsibilities Building and nurturing strategic relationships with Managed Service Provider partners to drive mutual growth. Managing partner pipelines and forecasting opportunities to achieve revenue goals. Conducting regular business reviews to identify performance trends and growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to align partner strategies and ensure satisfaction. Facilitating executive engagement to strengthen long-term partnerships and business outcomes. What We’re Looking For Demonstrate experience managing channel sales with Managed Service Provider partners. Apply knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, and partner business models to drive success. Manage complex, strategic partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships effectively. Use consultative and solution-based selling approaches to achieve results. Build and maintain senior-level relationships across diverse functions and territories. Bring a proactive, adaptable mindset and openness to continuous learning.
