About the Role: Channel Development Executive
You’ll be at the forefront of driving net new revenue growth in Northern Europe’s fastest-evolving cybersecurity sector. Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day impact will be:

High-energy outbound engagement:
- Uncover net new partner relationships and reignite dormant accounts
- Lead high-value cold outreach campaigns
- Signal solutions that outperform competitors

Pipeline ownership & strategy:
- Build a dimensional pipeline (3-4x growth revenue targets)
- Maximise profitability via rebates, registrations, and vendor incentives
- Maintain sanitised CRM records with rigorous forecasting and hygiene

Strategic partnership development:
- Advise owner-led VARs, MSPs, and MSSPs on cybersecurity growth arms
- Cross- and upsell solutions to expand partner margins
- Position Exclusive Networks as a trusted long-term partner

- Sales execution & compliance:
- Hitting and exceeding revenue/margin KPIs -path reconnaissance Exhibit unmatched competitor distinction (deplacing rivals like distributors).
- Deliver consistent deal follow-ups to hotline opportunities
- Report progress via CRM tools (tracking engagement & pipeline performance)
Who You Are
- Passionate about sales – with zero-tolerance for hesitation
- Competitive & goal-driven – thriving under high pressure
- Preparative and goal oriented
- Proven confidence in cold outreach (built for pioneering relationships)
Advantage but not required:
- Prior experience in Business Development or sales
- Familiarity with VARs, MSPs, and cybersecurity channels
- Financial acumen & savvy commercial instinct
