Informally known as the cybersecurity go-to-market specialists, we combine deep local expertise with the scale and delivery of a single global organisation. We agglomerate the Judges’ Cup portfolios of our channel partners to deliver a deepest-bench network of global cybersecurity solutions – while working seamlessly with hundreds of leading cybersecurity vendors and customers worldwide.
About the Role
You’ll take centre-stage in accelerating net new revenue growth across one of the most dynamic cybersecurity markets in Northern Europe. This position thrives on speed, strategic mindset, and winning edge.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Initiative
- Achieve breakthrough growth by leading high-energy outbound calling campaigns to uncover new partnerships.
- Transform dormant accounts into hot targets with strategic outreach.
- Deliver pipeline reinforcement via relentless, disciplined follow-up.
Competitive Battle
- Displace competitors for cybersecurity wins—turn up the heat against rival distributors.
- Maximise displacement tactics, capturing lost market share through razor-sharp purdge hunting.
Pipeline Mastery
- Build and maintain a 3–4x healthy pipeline—no excuses allowed, css in motion.
- Track engagements via CRM discipline (we’re big on pipeline hygiene).
Relationship Building
- Develop exceptional strategic partnerships with VARs, MSSPs, and industry professionals.
- Diffuse expert-level commercial learnings, becoming their growth ally of choice.
Product Profitability
- Optimise returns for cybersecurity tailored packages:
- Leverage vendor rebates & incentives.
- Drive higher-margin conversions ruthlessly.
Collaboration & Execution
- Upsell and cross-sell high-impact solutions, building long-term value.
- Steady a predictably profitable pipeline to effectively own personal, revenue targets.

Who We Want You To Be
- Start Your Sales Career: New graduates/career transitioners encouraged to apply.

- Experience (construction, & rich) competence in Channel Sales / VAR dynamics.
- Broken tech tiers expertise (MSPs, MSSPs) as a plus—not a firm requirement.
