An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Channel Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of an established healthcare business.
This is not an account management position. It's a strategic business development role for someone who thrives on identifying untapped markets, opening new commercial channels, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Working across a diverse healthcare product portfolio, you will identify new business opportunities, develop commercial strategies, and establish relationships with customers beyond traditional healthcare markets.

You'll challenge conventional purchasing behaviours, build strategic partnerships, and secure long-term business that strengthens and diversifies the organisation's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new markets and commercial channels.
- Create and execute strategic business development plans.
- Generate sustainable revenue growth through new customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple healthcare sectors.
- Develop innovative routes to market for a broad healthcare portfolio.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support commercial strategy.
- Act as a player-coach by mentoring and supporting colleagues within the wider sales team.
- Lead by example through exceptional personal sales performance.

About You
You'll be a highly motivated business development professional with a genuine passion for winning new business.
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record of securing new business and developing new markets.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Experience opening doors with customers who have not previously engaged with your organisation.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a results-driven mindset.
- The ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others while continuing to deliver personally.
