About Us
We’re Be A Bear. A YouTube-first agency, part of Spin Group, and a trusted YouTube partner, meaning direct access to platform resources, insights and new tools before they've even launched. That access gave our clients a head start on YouTube Shorts before most of the industry had caught up.
We believe engaged audiences are the most valuable thing any brand can have, so we start with the community and culture around them, not the platform playbook. That approach has taken us from launching Paw Patrol in Japan to selling luxury watch winders in Germany, publishing Comedy Central clips across LatAm, and running social campaigns for Taiwan's national airline. We work with brands including Paramount, MTV and Channel 5. Different markets, different products, same instinct: understand the real people who care.
We're proud to be part of Spin Group, recently named in Campaign's Best Places to Work, with flexible working and just one office day a week expected.
The Role
Less about us, more about you...
You’ve done this already, but you’re looking for a real challenge now. You’ve grown digital channels in a previous role, particularly in the pop culture space.
You’re confident in your ability to define a strategy and stick to it. You’re as comfortable managing stakeholders (clients) and coordinating with others as you are managing expectations, even when things aren’t going to plan.
You've got to have some experience working with entertainment brands and across multiple social media channels, particularly YouTube.
Still keen? Here’s what you’ll be doing…
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of YouTube and social media channels
- Working within a growing team of digital strategists
- Leading on strategy across a range of client channels
- Creating channel strategies directly with clients and understanding the nuances of their businesses
- Taking responsibility for everything that happens across the channels you manage, from content schedules and publishing through to claims and reporting
- Maintaining clear accountability and ownership for channel performance and delivery
- Identifying opportunities to grow digital channels across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X and Instagram
- Using platform analytics to understand performance and inform recommendations
- Reporting performance, insights and next steps back to clients and the wider internal team
- Working with the wider team to identify channel, audience and platform trends
- Communicating insights to clients in a clear, concise and useful way
- Monitoring competitor activity and wider YouTube trends
- Helping to drive high standards and best practice across the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
