Channel Manager- High Street/Discount

Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager or Junior NAM looking to join an ambitious FMCG challenger brand that's genuinely disrupting its category?

We're partnering exclusively with an exciting, fast-growing branded food business that's investing heavily in innovation, manufacturing and new product development. With ambitious growth plans and a strong track record of outperforming the wider market, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of their success.

This is a home-based role offering real autonomy, the chance to influence strategy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

The Role:

As Channel Manager, you'll take ownership of the Discount and High Street/Travel channels, managing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.

You'll develop customer growth strategies, secure new listings, increase distribution and work cross-functionally with Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver profitable growth.

Key customers include major discount, variety and travel retailers, with exciting opportunities to expand distribution into new accounts and routes to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
