Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) – King’s Cross, London, UK

We’re seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive demand and revenue growth through our EMEA channel partners, creating strategies to amplify their impact.

About the Role

As Channel Marketing Manager at JFrog, you will:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on market trends and competitive insights.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns focused on generating awareness, demand, and revenue via channel partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create collateral (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars) tailored for channel programs.
  • Partner closely with the sales team, JFrog’s partner managers, and channel partners to align marketing efforts with their business goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to empower partners in marketing JFrog solutions effectively.
  • Establish measurable KPIs to assess campaign success and provide actionable feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Analyse and report on campaign results, leveraging data to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution:

    • Align channel marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor market dynamics to inform channel selection and investment.
  • Demand Generation & Enablement:

    • Lead design and delivery of partner enablement programs (e.g., sales enablement tools, training).
    • Create engaging content for partners’ internal marketing, sales, and customer-facing needs.
    • Support competitive intelligence and positioning for channel adoption.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders including sales, product, finance, and executive leaders.
    • Maintain strong connections with Fortune 100-level customers and partners to understand their evolving needs.
  • Measurement & Optimisation:

    • Track partner success metrics (e.g., lead quality, conversion, billings).
    • Reporting insights to senior leadership for resource allocation and strategy refinement.

Requirements

Essential

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in channel marketing, ideally within software, cloud, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven B2B partnership programs, including executing campaigns for channel partners.
  • Experience developing partner marketing enablement materials (e.g., kits, training).
  • Strong track record in collaboration with sales, partners, and senior leadership.
  • Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimize decisions.
  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in French or German (EMEA focus with additional languages beneficial).
