Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. is looking to recruit to the Marketing department a Channel Marketing Manager to contribute to delivering company growth goals. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hybrid role offers flexible working within a collaborative and growing global business.

Channel Marketing Manager – The Role

What Will You Be Doing?

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll lead Crowcon’s global channel marketing strategy, driving partner engagement, pipeline development, and long-term account growth. This hands-on role requires translating business priorities into multi-channel campaigns that boost partner performance and revenue.

Channel Marketing Plan & Execution

  • Lead the global channel marketing plan, aligning with Sales, Product Management, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Design and execute joint demand generation campaigns, including:
    • Tailored initiatives for top-tier partners (e.g., bespoke programmes).
    • Scalable "Campaigns in a Box" across the broader partner network.
  • Translate global frameworks into local marketing plans tailored to champions.
  • Key role in organizing global partner events.
  • Support activation via distribution partners.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Shape how Crowcon communicates with and supports channel partners.
  • Create an ongoing multichannel communication strategy (blogs, newsletters, events).
  • Assist in partner onboarding and training programmes.
  • Develop and manage:
    • Campaign toolkits & partner-facing content.
    • Sales enablement materials.
    • Resource libraries.
  • Build strong relationships with current and new partners.
  • Host marketing reviews and joint planning sessions.

Portal Management

  • Support development and enhancements to Crowcon’s partner portal.
  • Manage daily portal activity, including:
    • Content updates.
    • Usability improvements.
    • Engagement tracking.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track engagement and camapign ROI.
  • Design automated dashboards to improve and justify campaign allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize co-marketing investments with measurable outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally specializing in:

  • Channel/partner marketing or generalist marketing.
  • Technical, industrial, or tech-related fields.
  • Development and execution of sales enablement programs.
  • Commercial acumen to link efforts with revenues.
