Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

Business Management & Commercial Strategy

  • Own regional business performance for the Memory category across EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly business performance against forecast, targets, and KPIs.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and develop action plans to close gaps.
  • Manage regional product lifecycle activities including launches, transitions, and end-of-life planning.

Pricing & Profitability

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Review and approve RFQ requests within established guidelines.
  • Evaluate promotional investments and return-on-investment opportunities.
  • Monitor pricing trends, competitive activity, and channel profitability.
  • Support gross margin optimization through pricing, product mix, and inventory management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, and allocation requirements.
  • Recommend inventory actions to minimize excess and aged inventory while maintaining customer service levels.
  • Identify inventory risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support allocation decisions during supply-constrained environments.

Channel & Account Management

  • Partner closely with distributors, retailers, e-tailers, and system integrators across EMEA.
  • Develop and manage channel programs that drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
  • Analyze customer performance, inventory positions, and market opportunities.
  • Support key account reviews and quarterly business planning activities.
  • Recommend investments and initiatives to increase channel engagement and market penetration.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead regional execution of new product introductions.
  • Coordinate launch plans across Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Distribution partners.
  • Ensure pricing, inventory, promotions, and channel readiness are aligned for successful launches.
  • Monitor launch performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors, pricing, promotions, product positioning, and channel activity.
  • Track market trends and customer buying behavior.
  • Provide actionable market insights to Product Management and Leadership.
  • Analyze sell-through data and identify growth opportunities by country, channel, and customer.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Drive alignment on business priorities, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Present business reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
