Channel Marketing Manager – Sandisk (UKI & Nordics)

About the Role

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across the UKI and Nordics regions. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on sustainable consumer-centric growth and demand generation through shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, and data-driven optimization.

The role involves direct execution—working cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, etail partners, and Marketing teams—to shape brand presence at the point of sale, optimize physical and digital shopper journeys, and drive measurable business results. This is not a coordination role but requires deep expertise in aligning strategy with on-the-ground execution.

Location: Remote (Based in the UK)

Travel: Domestic & international travel required

Employment Type: Exempt position

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Consumer-Centric Growth

  • Develop and execute integrated business and brand strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
  • Translate global positioning into localized, insight-driven activation plans
  • Apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning to drive market share growth
  • Leverage consumer and shopper insights to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Commercial Excellence & Channel Activation

  • Design and execute end-to-end channel marketing programs driving sales and market share growth
  • Champion a "sell-out first" mindset with a strong conversion focus
  • Deliver impactful shopper marketing initiatives (promotions, bundles, seasonal campaigns)
  • Oversee execution excellence across retail and etail environments

Retail & eCommerce Excellence (Omnichannel)

  • Lead best-in-class in-store and online execution strategies
  • Drive digital shelf excellence (SEO, content, conversion optimization)
  • Implement Perfect Store / Perfect Shelf standards
  • Partner with key accounts for joint business planning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
