Channel Marketing Manager – Sandisk (UKI & Nordics)
About the Role
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across the UKI and Nordics regions. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on sustainable consumer-centric growth and demand generation through shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, and data-driven optimization.
The role involves direct execution—working cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, etail partners, and Marketing teams—to shape brand presence at the point of sale, optimize physical and digital shopper journeys, and drive measurable business results. This is not a coordination role but requires deep expertise in aligning strategy with on-the-ground execution.
Location: Remote (Based in the UK)
Travel: Domestic & international travel required
Employment Type: Exempt position
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Consumer-Centric Growth
- Develop and execute integrated business and brand strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
- Translate global positioning into localized, insight-driven activation plans
- Apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning to drive market share growth
- Leverage consumer and shopper insights to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
Commercial Excellence & Channel Activation
- Design and execute end-to-end channel marketing programs driving sales and market share growth
- Champion a "sell-out first" mindset with a strong conversion focus
- Deliver impactful shopper marketing initiatives (promotions, bundles, seasonal campaigns)
- Oversee execution excellence across retail and etail environments
Retail & eCommerce Excellence (Omnichannel)
- Lead best-in-class in-store and online execution strategies
- Drive digital shelf excellence (SEO, content, conversion optimization)
- Implement Perfect Store / Perfect Shelf standards
- Partner with key accounts for joint business planning

Brand Activation & Go-To-Market
- Lead quarterly Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution
- Develop integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential experiences
- Drive digital-first demand generation and brand awareness
- Ensure alignment between Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales teams
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage agencies with performance-driven KPIs
- Ensure high-quality creative output and execution excellence
Events, Trade & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and activate trade shows, partner events, and sales enablement initiatives
- Transform events into engaging brand experiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key connector across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, PR, and Operations
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage MDF budgets and promotional investments with strong ROI discipline
- Ensure all spend is planned, tracked, and delivered within defined budgets
- Apply test-and-learn methodologies to continuously optimize performance
Analytics & Insights
- Track and optimize key KPIs, including:
- Sell-out performance
- Market share growth
- Distribution and visibility
- Digital + in-store performance

Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent)
- Technically literate, with proficiency in data and analytical tools
- Minimum 8 years of business experience (marketing-related experience preferred)
- Consumer or Technology brand experience is advantageous
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Flash technology aptitude (preferred)
- Familiarity with business and marketing plan disciplines
- Market research methodologies
Software & Tools
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to conduct effective online/intranet research
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication required)
- Presentation skills tested in group and one-on-one settings
Interpersonal & Professional Skills
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivation to identify opportunities and resolve issues
