About The Team
You’ll join a fast-paced, results-driven team that thrives on collaboration, ownership, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Your role as Channel Growth Lead will focus on:

Channel Planning and Expansion:
- Develop expansion plans and operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and secure new partnership channels, both online and offline.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and integrate resources to strengthen channel coverage and business scalability.

Channel Operation and Management:
- Oversee daily channel operations, including product updates, activity configurations, and inventory management.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to boost traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Uplift customer relationships, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth and sustainable operations.

Resource Integration and Collaboration:
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (product, marketing, supply chain).
- Collaborate with channel partners to optimise cooperation models and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
