Role Overview
The goal of this role is to own the operational execution of Meta Reality Labs products across our retail and distribution partner network. You'll manage the full order-to-cash cycle, drive CPFR with assigned accounts, and ensure channel inventory health meets our targets — all while actively using AI tooling to make the work faster, sharper, and more scalable. This role reports into the regional Channel Operations Manager and sits within the Global Channel Operations team.
You'll work directly with retail partners, distributors, and cross-functional teams spanning sales, logistics, planning, and finance.
Why AI Matters Here
Our team is building an AI-first operating model. This role requires hands-on, daily use of AI tools to solve real operational problems — not just familiarity with the concepts. You'll be expected to translate business needs into working AI solutions using the tools we have (enterprise AI assistants, Google Workspace AI, internal automation platforms).
Responsibilities
- Own the bottom-up sell-in plan for assigned accounts and products
- Provide weekly partner communication: supply allocations, order confirmation, order status, tracking
- Lead CPFR analysis — align retailer demand with available supply and ensure data accuracy in tools
- Manage and optimize channel inventory placement and instock levels against KPIs (WoS, In-Stock %, OTIF, OTD)
- Serve as the operational escalation point for assigned accounts
- Support onboarding of new partners and ensure all systems are updated for transacting business
- Identify manual, repetitive processes in our workflows and build AI-assisted solutions to reduce time-to-output
- Use AI tools to automate reporting, data extraction, partner updates, and analysis where it adds value
- Translate operational requirements into structured prompts, automations, and workflows — you're the bridge between 'what we need' and 'what AI can do'
- Assess new AI features and tooling as they become available; recommend adoption where applicable
- Share learnings with the wider team to drive collective capability
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting as required
- Participate in partner meetings with our Sales teams as needed
- Lead designated operational projects and initiatives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
