Channel Partner Manager (Sexual/Unattended Payments) - UK & Ireland

Overview
To strengthen our UK & Ireland sales team and support our global growth strategy, we’re seeking a Sales Channel Partner Manager focused on self-service/unattended payments within parking and transportation.
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Create and execute partner enablement programs
- Negotiate partner agreements and align sales strategies for mutual success
- Serve as a proactive relationship builder with strong business acumen and expertise in indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
This role will report into the Regional Managing Director for UK & Ireland, based in London. Core responsibilities involve close collaboration with teams such as:
- Product & Development
- Sales Consultants
- Service Delivery & Service Operations
- Compliance
- Legal
- Finance
You’ll follow a predefined partnership framework supplemented by standard collateral to streamline effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s market presence
- Build and sustain long-term partner relationships, maximising engagement and performance
- Develop and implement partner business plans (targets, revenue expectations, GMT strategies)
- Deliver sales and product training to partners for effective brand representation
- Cross-functionally align with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams
- Monitor partner performance and sales pipelines, analysing metrics to refine strategies
Operational Tasks
-Negotiate and manage partner agreements (terms, incentives, compliance) -Organise and participate in partner events, trade shows, and joint marketing initiatives -Assess industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities -Improve TNS’ partnership framework and related materials -Virtually engage/visit partners to create customised proposals (based on targets) -Serve as the main point of contact for partners -Enhance TNS’ professional image among both new and existing partners -Proactively report on deliverables, progress, and milestones -Embed structured thinking principles into engagements -Consult colleagues to ensure win-win business opportunities and capability delivery -Drive collaboration across the blended team (professional & social cohesion) -Keep Salesforce updated with all opportunities

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferable but not essential)
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development—preferably in B2B/technology
- Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships towards or beyond revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and sales enablement tools
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple partnerships/priorities
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Methodical self-motivation and problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
- Advanced communication and grammatical mastery
