As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our Commercial team.
About the Role
As a Channel Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with Cognisys' strategic partners, helping to generate new business opportunities and maximise the value of our partnerships.
You'll manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as their primary commercial contact and building trusted relationships across partner sales, account management and leadership teams. Working closely with our internal Sales, Marketing and Technical teams, you'll identify opportunities, support joint go-to-market activity and help drive revenue growth across our cybersecurity and GRC services.
This is a relationship-led role with a strong commercial focus, suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, spotting opportunities and creating long-term value.
Success in this role will be measured through partner engagement, opportunity generation, revenue growth and the continued development of strategic partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partner accounts.
- Build strong relationships with partner account managers, sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing partner accounts.
- Collaborate with partners to qualify, progress and close customer opportunities.
- Deliver partner enablement sessions, service updates and presentations to increase awareness of Cognisys' capabilities.
- Develop account plans to maximise partner engagement and long-term growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technical Delivery teams to support partner opportunities.
- Represent Cognisys during partner meetings, events and joint customer engagements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular account reviews and commercial updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
- You'll be an experienced relationship manager who enjoys developing strategic partnerships and creating commercial opportunities.
- You'll have:
- 3+ years' experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales.
- Experience within Cyber Security, Technology, IT Services or SaaS.
- A proven track record of growing customer or partner accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Experience working collaboratively with technical consultants and delivery teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and sales forecasting.
Desirable:
- Experience working with or alongside:
- Technology Vendors
- Value Added Resellers (VARs)
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Cyber Security or Compliance providers
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms
- Knowledge of platforms such as Vanta, Drata or Secureframe would be advantageous but is not essential.
