Channel Sales Account Manager
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 basic + uncapped commission
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are supporting a growing technology services company who are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Account Manager. This is a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation and a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships across the IT channel. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, identifying and securing new reseller and channel partners before developing those relationships into successful, long-term strategic accounts.
You'll play a key role in expanding the company's partner network while helping existing partners maximise opportunities through a consultative, solutions-led approach.
The Role
- Identify, engage and win new reseller and channel partners through proactive business development.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners across the IT channel.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, close and onboarding.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive partner growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM.
- Grow revenue within your partner portfolio through effective account development.

About You
- 3-5+ years' experience in a channel sales role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT partner landscape and how successful channel relationships are built and developed.
- A proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic partner accounts.
- Commercially astute, ambitious and motivated by delivering results.
- Comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at director and C-suite level.
- A consultative, relationship-led approach with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and customers.
- Experience managing sizeable revenue targets and complex sales opportunities.
