Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Channel Sales Manager within the Biosynth Sales team. Ideally, the candidate will be a biological science graduate whose focus will be our rapidly expanding life science product catalogue. Data-driven analytical approaches, targeted marketing using our website, and proactive customer outreach are all areas that will be used to significantly increase the sales and efficiency of our catalogue product division, currently providing over 200,000 traded stock and lab-synthesised products to more than 3,000 research customers internationally.
It is a fast-paced and enjoyable environment in which we are implementing many novel and cutting-edge sales and marketing initiatives. An analytical approach will be required to measure, monitor, and assess the success of these. The candidate should have an innovative and enquiring mind who wants to question, challenge, and improve our processes.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors across Europe and International markets.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to deliver sustainable sales and growth.
- Build strong distributor relationships and become a partner of choice within key accounts.
- Identify new opportunities, generate demand, and support lead generation activities.
- Analyse web data to identify missed opportunities based on stock levels and pricing information.
- Review pricing of our key products based on competitor analysis.
- Monitor and review the effects of price changes on sales performance.
- Manage certain product areas depending on skill set.
- Help promote our top-selling products by leveraging the website/getting the support of marketing.
- Work closely with distributors so that you can spot new product enquiries that could strengthen our portfolio.
- Help monitor our sales inbox for appropriate enquiries.

Candidate Requirements
- BSc or higher in chemistry, biology, or a related subject.
- Proven success in channel management, account management, or distributor sales.
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Track record of delivering growth and hitting commercial targets.
