Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem while driving a critical transition from perpetual software to subscription (SaaS).

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive growth
  • Lead the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models
  • Identify, engage and onboard high-value channel partners
  • Build joint go-to-market plans and drive partner-led revenue
  • Use data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and scale success
  • Track and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in channel sales / partner management
  • Track record of driving subscription or SaaS business models
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
