Position: Channel Sales Manager – UK (Jackery)
Location: Birmingham / London, UK (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Market & Channel Development: Lead the expansion of the Jackery brand across the UK market. Spearhead the identification and acquisition of key partners, including PV energy storage distributors, solar installers, DIY retailers (e.g., B&Q), and consumer electronics chains.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with distributors and retail accounts. Ensure strict adherence to pricing structures, contractual agreements, after-sales service standards, and channel marketing policies.
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Success: Oversee the entire order cycle—from placement to delivery and post-sales support—ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Planning & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and budgets. Manage the sales funnel, forecast revenue accurately, and track progress against targets.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data regarding customer needs, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to drive product optimization and strategic adjustments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Native-level or professional fluency in English (spoken and written) as the primary working language.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development.
- Deep familiarity with the UK market landscape, specifically existing networks within e-commerce platforms, distributors, and retailers. Prior experience in solar PV/storage or home energy systems is highly preferred; candidates from consumer electronics or home appliances backgrounds will also be considered.
- Exceptional communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and negotiation skills. Strong results-oriented mindset with high self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and solve complex market challenges.
