About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Account Specialist to join our Consumer Business Group, managing and growing our presence with a portfolio of major UK retail partners. You will own the commercial relationship end to end, from business planning and sell in through to sell out performance, working closely with marketing, retail operations and supply chain to make sure Wearables, Audio, Tablets and IoT devices are ranged, merchandised and promoted effectively.

This is a fast-paced, high visibility role for someone who thrives on building relationships at senior level, knows how to read retail data and turn it into action, and wants to make a genuine commercial impact within a leading consumer technology brand.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and grow the commercial relationship with key national retail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all trading matters
  • Build joint business plans and sales strategies together with marketing and retail teams to hit revenue, sell out and margin targets
  • Track performance closely, delivering regular sales reporting, forecasts and market insight to the wider business
  • Plan and run trading reviews and product presentations with retail buying teams
  • Manage the full sales process, from product listing and range planning through to instore execution and post launch review
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, using this insight to inform pricing, ranging and promotional plans
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance to keep stock, pricing and promotional activity aligned with account plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
