Channel Sales Support Coordinator – Deal Registration Lead
Location: UK&I Team: Jabra UK&I Channel
You share our purpose: Bringing People Closer. In this role, you will drive our end-to-end deal registration process, support our channel partners with pricing and commercial enablement, and ensure partners experience precision, efficiency, and alignment with GN’s growth ambitions.
The Team
You’ll join our UK&I Channel organisation, a high-energy team accountability for managing Jabra’s strategic reseller, distribution, and digital-first partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland. We partner closely with some of the most influential industry players, enabling them to deliver Jabra’s market-leading audio and video solutions globally.
Role Overview
Your contributions are key to:
- Own and manage the end-to-end deal registration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless partner experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deal registration queries, supporting partners and internal stakeholders with clear guidance.
- Track and manage deal opportunities from submission to closure, maintaining a reliable single source of truth.
- Ensure pricing alignment, supporting pricing requests, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Distribution.
- Help manage claims, rebates, and reporting, ensuring consistency across systems.
- Provide day-to-day sales support, including CRM management, deal coordination, and commercial enablement for opportunities.
- Coordinate NFR requests, sample allocations, and partner campaigns/incentives across the channel.
- Support the onshoring and enablement of new partners, guiding them through tools, processes, and programmes.

- Own, track, and ensure compliance for every deal from submission to approval.
- Maintain a reliable single source of truth for all registrations.

Reseller & Partner Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal registration-related queries.
- Provide daily support by answering questions and escalating where necessary.

Pricing & Commercial Alignment
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and Distribution to resolve pricing disputes or approvals.
- Ensure accurate pricing requests and pricing accuracy in deal flows.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee claim, rebate, and compensatory processes to maintain system integrity.
- Use Excel and CRM systems (preferably Dynamics) to monitor and report on various metrics critically impacting channel success.

Performance Coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates for deal visibility and commercial outcomes.
- Support sales campaigns and enable partner campaigns/incentives effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in sales support, channel operations, bid desk or related coordination roles.
- An eye for detail, particularly in pricing and data accuracy.
- Working knowledge of deal registration processes, pricing frameworks, or rebate programmes.
- Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, a strong advantage.
- Experience manipulating pricing tools, deal structures, and approval workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analytics, and tracking.
- Ability to manage high-volume work streams and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both internal and external partners.
Notable but Advantageous:
- Familiarity with the IT/UC market, working with distributors and resellers.
- Insight into partner portals or digital enablement platforms.
- Exposure to pricing governance or deal desk environments.
