Channel Sales Support Coordinator – Deal Registration Lead

Our Bringing People Closer purpose drives us forward, and as a Channel Sales Support Coordinator – Deal Registration Lead in the UK&I Channel team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our partner experience. You’ll own and deliver the end-to-end deal registration process, ensuring seamless partner support for pricing, commercial enablement, and growth-ready solutions.

About the Team

You’ll join our dynamic UK&I Channel organisation, responsible for managing Jabra’s strategic reseller, distribution, and digital-first partner ecosystem across the UK & Ireland. Our team collaborates with leading industry partners to deliver our audio and video solutions, supporting them to reach global customers effectively.

Responsibilities

You’ll ensure efficiency and accuracy every step of the way:

  • Own, polish, and manage the end-to-end deal registration process, balancing compliance, accuracy, and partner experience
  • Be the primary point of contact for all deal registration queries, liaising with partners and internal teams to provide clear, actionable guidance
  • Track and manage deal opportunities from submission to close, maintaining a reliable single source of truth
  • Align pricing frameworks and systems with channel partners, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Distribution
  • Oversee claims, rebates, and reporting, ensuring consistency across platforms and tools
  • Provide day-to-day sales support, including CRM updates, deal coordination, and commercial support for opportunities
  • Coordinate NFR requests and equipment provision, while facilitating partner campaigns and incentives
  • Support new partner onboarding and enablement, helping them navigate our tools, processes, and programmes

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must:

  • Bring experience in sales support, channel operations, bid desk, or coordination functions
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, especially in pricing, data accuracy, and compliance
  • Have working knowledge of deal registration, pricing frameworks, or rebate programmes
  • Be at home with CRM systems (Dynamics experience is a plus)
  • Work comfortably with pricing processes, deal structures, and approval chains
  • Excel in Excel for tracking and reporting, with robust data management skills
  • Handle high volumes of activity while prioritising effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Communicate clearly, applying equal expertise across internal teams and external partners

Beneficial Experience

While not mandatory, this track record will give you an edge:

  • Prior involvement with IT/UC channels, resellers, or distributors
  • Knowledge of partner portals and digital enablement platforms
  • Foundation in pricing governance or deal desk environments
