About the Role
In the UK&I Channel team, you will play a pivotal role in ^Bringing People Closer^. You will own and drive our end-to-end deal registration process, support our channel partners with pricing and commercial enablement, and ensure a seamless, efficient partner experience aligned with our growth ambitions.
The Team You’ll Join
You’ll be part of the UK&I Channel organisation, a dynamic unit responsible for managing Jabra’s strategic reseller, distribution, and digital-first partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland. Collaborating with some of the industry’s most influential partners, you’ll support them in delivering our market-leading audio and video solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Own and manage end-to-end deal registration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for partners and internal teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal registration queries, providing clear guidance to channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Track and manage deal opportunities from submission to close, maintaining a reliable single source of truth
- Support pricing alignment and respond to pricing requests in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Distribution
- Help manage claims, rebates, and reporting, maintaining data consistency across systems
- Provide day-to-day sales support, including:
- CRM updates
- Deal coordination
- Commercial support across opportunities
- Manage No-Funds-Required (NFR) requests, sample unit distribution, and support partner campaigns/incentives
- Facilitate the onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring they understand key tools, processes, and programmes

Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Experience in sales support, channel operations, bid desk, or coordination
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with pricing and accurate data handling
- Knowledge of deal registration, pricing frameworks, or rebate programs
- Confidence in CRM systems (Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working with pricing processes, deal structures, and approvals
- Proficient with Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
- Ability to manage high volumes of activity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with experience in both internal collaboration and partner engagement
Beneficial
- Experience in the IT/UC channel or working with distributors and resellers
- Familiarity with partner portals and digital enablement platforms
- Exposure to pricing governance or deal desk environments
