Leading the way in guided touring holidays, Travelsphere takes its customers all over the world and is centred around the customers’ shared experiences. Just You’s collection of worldwide guided touring holidays has been designed exclusively for solo travellers. From short breaks to epic journeys, customers travelling with Just You discover fascinating cities, spectacular scenery, and fabulous sightseeing in the company of other solo travellers.
G Touring is the touring division of Bruce Poon Tip’s group of companies, he also owns G Adventures and Tru Travels. As a group we believe travel can have a positive impact and be a force for good in the communities we visit. We operate Travelsphere Cares, and Just You Cares in partnership with Planeterra, the world’s leading non-governmental organisation turning travel into impact in communities around the globe.

About the Role: Channel Support Manager
Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the B2B Sales teams across the UK, Canada, and Australia. This role will ensure that sales processes run smoothly, group travel bookings are coordinated effectively, and trade partners receive excellent service and communication.
Location: This role is based in our office in Market Harborough.
Working Hours: Full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week 09:00 am-17:15 pm Monday to Friday with 45 minute lunch break.
In this role you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the UK, Canadian, and Australian trade Sales teams.
- Manage and process brochure orders for trade partners working closely with brochure distributors to manage stock.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales systems.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and preparation of sales presentations.
- Support the organisation and management of group bookings, ensuring accurate communication between sales, operations, and partners.
- Liaise with internal departments to confirm availability, pricing, and special requirements for group itineraries.
- Track group performance and follow up on confirmations, deposits, and documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for trade partner enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate communication around sales promotions, incentives, and training initiatives.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing relationship management of travel agency partners.
- Work closely with the wider B2B team to streamline administrative processes and share best practices.
- Support trade events, webinars, and virtual training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a consistent partner experience.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience in an inside sales, sales support, or administrative coordination role.
- Be well organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems.
- Be able to build strong working relationships across multiple teams and regions.
Desirable:
- Have experience within the travel or tourism industry.
- Know B2B or trade travel sales processes.
- Be familiar with group travel operations.
