About Spreetail
Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: www.spreetail.com.
Our Opportunity
Our Channels team runs relationships and expansion across 6 channels in 6 countries — Amazon alone drives 80% of our revenue. This is a hands-on, 12-month placement for a student who wants real responsibility, not busywork.
You'll sit next to the Channels Manager and become the operational backbone of the team: tracking live performance data, building the reporting that drives daily decisions, and helping protect the Amazon Prime Badge that underpins 65% of our sales. You'll see your work used immediately, by real people, for real decisions.
No prior experience needed. We'll teach you the industry, the systems, and the metrics. What you bring is drive, curiosity, and the ability to stay organized when things move fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Health Monitoring: Oversee daily performance and Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFP) metrics across 30+ Amazon accounts to proactively identify anomalies and protect Prime eligibility.
- Reporting & Modeling: Build and maintain Excel reporting models that distill complex, raw account data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive investigations into metric fluctuations, providing data-backed root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Prime Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal authority on SFP requirements and metric weighting, advising cross-functional teams and brand partners on performance standards.
- Risk Mitigation Strategy: Identify emerging risks to Prime Badges and lead the development and execution of corrective action plans.
- Operational Alignment: Partner with Content and Customer Experience teams to ensure all workstreams are synchronized and aligned with channel-wide performance goals.
- Channel Expansion: Support international and multi-channel growth initiatives by providing ad-hoc analysis and strategic data support for new market entries.
- Managerial Coverage: Provide reliable operational support and decision-making coverage for the Channels Manager, ensuring continuity during out-of-office periods.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
