We're looking for Floor Servers to join our team.
You'll be part of a close-knit Famiglia running one of our pizzerias - busy, vibrant, and genuinely good fun to work in. No two shifts are the same, and that's exactly why we love it.

Born in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's was built on one idea: passion and authenticity. Fresh dough made daily, the finest Italian ingredients, and pizzas cooked in just 60 seconds. We're now 39 sites across the UK and still growing and the energy that started us hasn't gone anywhere.
Your day-to-day
- Owning your section and making sure every guest has a great time
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence and warmth
- Keeping the floor moving without ever making it feel rushed
- Sharing your genuine enthusiasm for the food, drinks, and atmosphere
- Being neighbourly with your team but also the community around our pizzerias
- Keeping the floor clean, prepped, and ready to go at all times

- Some experience in a customer-facing role - hospitality is a bonus, not a must
- A warm, confident manner and positive
- Someone fast on their feet who actually enjoys a busy service
- Reliable, team-first, and genuinely passionate about food and people
