Experience
TSG Building Services is a well-established and fast-expanding building services company working in occupied properties of local housing authorities. An opportunity has been made available for a resilient and proactive Chargeable Coordinator within our head office in Potters Bar. We are looking for an individual who has exceptional attention to detail and strong Excel skills. Experience within a financial administration role is preferred but not essential. Training can/will be provided as necessary to ensure continued development and quality improvement.
Requirements
- General duties and requirements:
- Daily invoicing
- Purchase invoice checking
- Data entry
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Answering phone/email communication
- Team player committed to supporting colleagues throughout the business
- Willingness to carry out any other duties required to meet with the needs of the business
- Flexibility regarding core working hours
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines

This is a part-time, 6-month, fixed-term position, up to £10 per hour, but negotiable dependent on levels of experience.
