Job Description
As we expand our footprint in the Business information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the African market.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and conducting prospections to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment of Commercial Strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and macro/microeconomic trends. Active Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships. Needs Analysis: Understand local market expectations for commercial information and propose tailored solutions. Promotion of BI Solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as performance and trust drivers. Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure achievement of objectives, negotiate and finalize contracts, and track customer satisfaction. Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors’ actions to adjust strategy accordingly. Digitalization: Master Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM). Service Quality: Guarantee KPI achievement and streamline the integration of commercial information.

Qualifications
3 to 5 year-experience in B2B sales development or business development, Strong commitment to relationship-building. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions. Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Excel tool for reporting and analysis
