Join the Hampshire Medical Fund and help make a real difference to local patient care within the Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust.
Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for supporting your local community? The Hampshire Medical Fund is looking for a Charity Administrator to join our small, friendly team based in Basingstoke.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a well-established charity that funds life-changing medical equipment for Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover Hospitals.
Charity Description
The Hampshire Medical Fund has been supporting local NHS hospitals in Hampshire for over 40 years. The charity was created with a simple but powerful aim: to help our hospitals provide the very best care for patients by funding cutting-edge medical equipment that sits beyond standard NHS budgets. The charity proudly supports the NHS hospitals in Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover. By providing pioneering equipment, the charity not only enables the hospitals to remain at the forefront of clinical excellence and to provide the best care to people in the local community, it also helps the hospitals to attract and retain skilled doctors, nurses, and therapists.

The Role
- Part-Time | 21 hours per week (3 days)
- Based in HMF offices, Basingstoke
- Starting | October 2026
Working closely with the Charity Director, you'll help keep the charity running smoothly by:
- Managing office administration and communications
- Maintaining donor database
- Assisting with website updates
- Helping coordinate charity events throughout the year
- Supporting fundraising events and campaigns
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with supporters, volunteers, trustees & clinicians
- Experienced in administration and Google Workspace
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Passionate about supporting healthcare and making a positive impact in Hampshire

Driving Licence & own vehicle.
What we offer
- Salary range £25,350 - £28,275 (pro rata per annum) depending on skills and experience.
