The Company

This amazing charity supports those living on the streets with their pets providing much needed care and treatment.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, you will be part of a small and dynamic team providing much needed guidance and support to deliver a varied fundraising programme.

This is a broad and varied role, with a particular focus on community fundraising, challenge events and supporter stewardship. You will build strong relationships with fundraisers, major donors and corporate partners, creating thoughtful and personalised supporter journeys that encourage long term engagement with the charity.

Community fundraising and supporter stewardship are the biggest responsibilities in this role. You will be guiding supporters through their efforts to generate much needed income with both national and international challenger events. Specifically this will involve design of personalised supporter journeys, communications and regular engagement touchpoints.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
