🚨 We're Hiring | Charity Governance Solicitor | Birmingham/Manchester

A leading Legal 500 Tier 1 law firm is looking to appoint a Charity Governance Solicitor to join its highly regarded specialist team.

The Role

  • Advising charity clients on governance and regulatory matters
  • Charity Commission advice
  • Drafting and reviewing governing documents
  • Charity registrations, mergers, and restructures
  • Setting up trading subsidiaries
  • Managing your own caseload while supporting on larger, complex matters
