Charity Sales Assistant Tooting

Charity Sales Assistant – Traid, Tooting (Full-time)

Position Overview

  • Location: Tooting
  • Contract: Full-time
  • Salary: £27,898 per year
  • Employer: [Traid](https://Link```

About The Role

Traid is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant eager to join a meaningful role in retail, fashion, charity and second-hand clothing. This hands-on position involves assisting with the daily operations of one of Traid’s busy charity shops—delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, pricing and merchandising stock, and maintaining inventory levels.

Teleced by a fast-paced shopping environment, the ideal candidate is vibrant, tenacious and confident in managing high customer volumes while keeping store floors continuously stocked. Behind the scenes, staff also assist in processing labelled, priced and merchandised deliveries from Traid’s central warehouse.

Traid offers a London Living Wage and actively promotes from within, where employees can advance into senior roles. For more details, visit our website.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
