MRICS Senior Building Surveyor
Manchester | Construction Consultancy | Public & Private Sector Projects
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized construction consultancy based in Manchester.

The Opportunity
- Joining a respected Building Consultancy team working across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use projects

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of core building surveying services including:
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Contract administration and project management
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Dilapidations (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Working directly with clients across public and private sectors
- Managing projects from instruction through to completion
- Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where appropriate
- Contributing to repeat business and long-term client relationships

About You
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Strong technical grounding with experience in a consultancy environment
- Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive consultancy
