Chartered Building Surveyor
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor for our client, a leading global real estate consultancy based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Building Consultancy team, delivering strategic advice and managing a varied portfolio of commercial property projects across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Carry out building surveys and prepare technical reports Deliver feasibility studies and strategic property advice Manage building maintenance programmes and contract administration Advise on dilapidations and building defects Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams

About you MRICS qualified (or equivalent) Experience in building surveying and project management Strong knowledge of contract administration and dilapidations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team
