Chartered Building Surveyor
Job Description
1st Select Ltd are partnering with a large consultancy based in Central London and we are looking to recruit a chartered Building Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and advisory support to clients and team members.
Conduct site surveys, including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, and planned maintenance assessments.

Carry out defect analysis and prepare technical reports.
Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on commercial and industrial. Prepare specifications, and conduct risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new construction projects.
