The Opportunity
Trident are seeking to recruit a chartered building surveyor to join our established team in Birmingham. There is scope for fast career progression, to get involved in the direction of the business, and work with a wide range of clients on differing asset types.
The successful candidate would get direct exposure to clients, so that they can understand our client’s aspirations and help us to achieve these. We work with various client types and their representatives when acquiring, improving and managing all types of commercial properties. The successful candidate would also get the opportunity to grow their network of local and National contacts as we work with a variety of property agents, managing agents, solicitors and other property professionals.
The opportunity is for a chartered surveyor with good experience of both professional and project work, to include; acquisition and dilapidations surveys and negotiation, planned preventative maintenance, contract administration / project management and statutory compliance.
