📍 West End London
💰 £52,000 - £62,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus
This is a Permanent Full-time position with hybrid working, focused on technical due diligence and wider professional building surveying services for commercial property clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical due diligence inspections and reporting for commercial property transactions
- Assess condition, defects, repair liabilities, statutory compliance, and transaction risk
- Manage professional instructions including dilapidations and planned maintenance advice
- Prepare technical reports and maintain client communication throughout instructions
- Coordinate specialist input and support larger multi-disciplinary instructions

Requirements
- MRICS qualification
- Post-qualification commercial building surveying consultancy experience
- Technical due diligence inspection and reporting experience
- Broader professional building surveying experience
- Experience managing commercial property instructions independently

- £52,000–£62,000 base salary
