Role requirements
- Due diligence and building surveys
- Building reinstatement valuations
- RAAC surveys
- Defect diagnosis surveys
- Dilapidations and schedules of condition
- Risk assessments
- Project management
- Contract administration
- Employer’s agent duties
Projects will vary in size and include a number of sectors, residential, commercial, education, public sector, and healthcare
