Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a well-established Wealth Management business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Financial Planner to manage and develop a portfolio of clients, including clients transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice while building long-term client relationships and generating new business opportunities. The role offers strong earning potential, with a bonus structure of 30% on initial advice fees with no validation requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients
- Support clients transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
- Provide high-quality, compliant financial advice tailored to individual client needs
- Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, seminars, marketing campaigns and wider business development activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
- Deliver against KPI targets aligned to experience and role expectations
- Maintain strong compliance standards and ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements
- Represent the business professionally and contribute to continued growth across the London office
Candidate Criteria

- Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner status required
- Proven experience in a Financial Planner or Financial Adviser role, managing a large portfolio
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Confident generating and developing new business opportunities
- Professional, ethical and client-centric approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ambitious, commercially aware and motivated to grow within a supportive firm
