Financial Planner
Help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering tailored advice, building trusted relationships and making a lasting difference to their future.
The Opportunity
- Manage and grow long-term client relationships built on trust
- Deliver holistic financial planning tailored to individual client needs
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team to provide an exceptional client experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, circumstances and attitude to risk
- Create and deliver tailored financial planning recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
- Monitor client portfolios and conduct regular reviews to keep plans aligned with changing objectives
- Provide clear, practical advice that helps clients make informed financial decisions
- Build strong relationships across the wider Azets business to identify opportunities for integrated client support
Technical Expertise
- Provide advice on pensions, ISAs, investments and tax-efficient planning
- Support clients with retirement planning, wealth preservation and inheritance tax strategies
- Keep up to date with UK financial regulations and FCA requirements
- Maintain accurate client records and complete all required documentation
- Undertake ongoing CPD and ensure advice meets the highest professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser/Planner within the UK market
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and UK financial planning legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A client-focused approach with high ethical standards and attention to detail
- A collaborative colleague who is ambitious, professional and committed to doing the right thing
