You’ll deliver best-in-class financial advice and nurture long-term client partnerships. You’ll be supported by a top-tier paraplanning team and client experience squad, yet empowered to drive your own business growth primarily through client referrals.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide excellent holistic advice across:
    • Pension & retirement planning (including switching)
    • Investment strategies
    • Inheritance tax & trust planning
    • Protection solutions
  • Retain and grow your portfolio through referrals primarily and targeted networking exposure
  • Exceptional cashflow planning through Voyant and Timeline
  • Deciding upon the strategy and Financial Plan for the client
  • Maximising client need areas building impeccable relationships with them, their relations and external third parties
  • Mentor and develop our paraplanners and support staff
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, being in the know and maintain your CPD
  • Achieve rounded KPIs while delivering a “right-first-time” service experience
  • Embrace AI, researching, testing and optimising your toolkit to enable you to be efficient, accurate and deliver top-notch service
  • Actively participate in client events
  • Deliver fun and engaging meetings
  • Partake and lead in Knowledge sharing adviser sessions and wider business adviser training sessions
  • Have relevant social media and marketing presence for clients
  • Ultimately service a client bank of around 70-100 clients which we will help to onboard a large portion with you

Our Ideal You

You may have:

  • Started your own firm and don’t like doing it alone, or been with a large company and want something more dynamic or want to feel more valued.
  • Either way, you want a home for the foreseeable future where you can be your authentic awesome self.

Essentials

  • Minimum 2 years’ IFA experience, with active SPS & CAS (preference for 3-7 years advising experience).
  • We want people to come and stay with us for at least ten years.
  • Chartered status or clear path to achieve it in the next 12 months
  • Top-tier literacy, numeracy and decision-making skills
  • Confident with Word, Excel—and the ability to pick up new systems fast
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and genuine team spirit
  • Client bank – we don’t really need your clients. We want you, if you have some you can’t let go, we understand why and will do our best to accommodate.
