Role Responsibilities
As a Chartered Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards.
- Undertaking property inspections and producing:
- Home Reports
- Mortgage valuations
- Private surveys
- Managing your own workload and diary.
- Ensuring efficient delivery of reports while maintaining high levels of client service.
- Providing expert advice to clients on:
- Property condition
- Risks
- Market value within your local area
Requirements
- MRICS or FRICS qualified (Residential pathway preferred)
- Experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations
- Strong knowledge of the Scottish residential property market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence
