CHARTERED SENIOR PARAPLANNER (CLIENT FACING AND ROUTE TO ADVISER)

London (City)

Salary up to £75k + benefits

About the Role

Our client is a highly respected Chartered Wealth Management firm that specialises in the HNW to UHNW space. They have a demonstrable track record of year-on-year organic growth within this niche marketplace and are in the enviable position of gaining all their new business from referrals and recommendations, with solid introductory relationships. They provide a truly holistic approach with their clients, covering the intergenerational transfer of assets and working with third party professionals, including Solicitors, Trustees and Accountants.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Chartered Paraplanner who thrives on the technical aspects of the role and enjoys being client-facing. This is not a back-office role; you will be at the heart of the client relationship, attending client meetings, working closely with the Founding Partner and assisting in the design and delivery of highly tailored and complex financial strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
