Chartered Surveyor – Stratford, east London

Stratford, east London | £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year | Office-based with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Hunter Dunning is working with a reputable firm in the commercial property sector to recruit an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor. This full-time, permanent role covers lease advisory, valuations, property surveys, client relationship management, market analysis, and compliance.

Your Experience

  • Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years post qualification
  • Proven commercial lease advisory and valuations experience
  • Strong commercial property experience
  • Knowledge of lease renewals, rent reviews, and property law
  • Building pathology and accurate property measurement experience
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with valuation software and property databases
