Chartered Surveyor – Stratford, east London
Stratford, east London | £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year | Office-based with flexibility for remote work as needed.
Hunter Dunning is working with a reputable firm in the commercial property sector to recruit an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor. This full-time, permanent role covers lease advisory, valuations, property surveys, client relationship management, market analysis, and compliance.

Your Experience
- Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years post qualification
- Proven commercial lease advisory and valuations experience
- Strong commercial property experience
- Knowledge of lease renewals, rent reviews, and property law
- Building pathology and accurate property measurement experience
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with valuation software and property databases
