Role Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join our growing team based in our Isle of Wight office. We particularly welcome applications from individuals looking to relocate to the Isle of Wight or those wishing to return to the Island and continue their professional career in a supportive and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a varied workload of valuation instructions, primarily for loan security purposes, across a broad range of commercial and residential property sectors.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and provide strategic property advice to a diverse client base, including lenders, private clients, businesses, and investors.
- Manage instructions from initial enquiry through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through the delivery of high-quality professional advice.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development and technical growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider BTG Eddisons network to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS qualified.
- Registered Valuer status.
- Minimum of three years' post-qualification experience.
- Proven commercial and/or residential valuation experience.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with KEL Sigma and ARGUS software would be advantageous; however, training can be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple instructions and work effectively within a busy professional environment.
