Opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor / Registered Valuer (MRICS/FRICS)
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Surveyor / Registered Valuer (MRICS or FRICS) to join a respected independent surveying practice based in Banstead, carrying out residential valuations and surveys across Surrey, Kent and South London.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self Employed Sales Consultant:
- Carrying out residential mortgage valuations for a panel of mainstream lenders
- Undertaking Home Surveys and other residential inspection reports
- Producing accurate, professional and compliant valuation reports
- Managing your own diary and workload efficiently
- Delivering a high standard of service to clients, lenders and stakeholders
- Maintaining professional standards and compliance with RICS regulations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- MRICS or FRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor
- Registered Valuer status is essential
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PVE)
- Previous experience carrying out residential mortgage valuations
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market across Surrey, Kent and South London
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload independently
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
