With over 35 years of industry experience, Bradley Hall is one of the North of England’s most prominent and successful property consultancies. We are a multi-disciplinary practice, providing expert advice across Valuation & Lease Advisory, Commercial Agency, Residential Agency, Land & Development, Building Surveying, Property Management, and New Homes. We are rapidly expanding, with new offices from Edinburgh to Oxfordshire, and are looking for experienced Chartered Surveyors/Associates to join our Valuation Department in Edinburgh. The Role You will deliver RICS-compliant valuation advice across a wide range of property types while supporting business growth and mentoring junior colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Conducting property inspections, due diligence, and detailed market research Preparing comprehensive, high-quality valuation reports Supporting Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals Building and maintaining strong client relationships Identifying and developing new business opportunities Working collaboratively across departments to provide integrated services Mentoring and developing junior team members Experience & qualifications: Proven valuation experience, preferably within a chartered surveying practice RICS Chartered status and Registered Valuer Strong experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and valuation standards Ability to produce accurate, well-reasoned reports Track record in managing client relationships and generating business Driving licence and willingness to travel Person Specification: Ambitious, proactive, and team-oriented Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Commercially aware and growth-focused Adaptable and resilient What We offer: Competitive salary and bonus structure Flexible working arrangements Full time and part time hours Remote working Clear career progression within a rapidly growing firm Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple locations, from Edinburgh to Oxfordshire Supportive, collaborative, and ambitious environment If you are looking for a dynamic, career-defining opportunity within a company expanding from across the UK, we want to hear from you.
