Position Title: Full-Time Private Security Chauffeur and Driver
Location: Central Switzerland
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages: Fluent in English & Conversational in German, French Preferable.
Overview:
We are seeking a discreet, polished, and competent individual to join the close protection team of a private Sheikh and his family in Switzerland. This is a full-time, long-term role requiring global mobility, excellent judgment, and a low-profile yet attentive presence. The ideal candidate will bring a background in executive protection, integrity, accuracy, excellent communication skills, some law enforcement or military background preferred but not required, and possess a deep commitment to discretion, loyalty, and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of family members across various settings: residences, travel, public outings, and events
- Deliver low-key, non-intrusive protection with consistent vigilance and situational awareness
- Conduct advance planning, and threat assessments, and manage logistics for daily activities and international travel
- Liaise with household staff and executive staff, drivers, external security providers, concierge-related providers as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and the highest standards of professional conduct
- Oversee estate security systems in collaboration with household management
- Plan and execute ground arrangements and some travel, personal arrangements
- Act as first responder in emergencies; maintain preparedness for both medical and security incidents

Essential Qualifications:
- EU passport holder
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in close protection for UHNW individuals or families, elite military units, or law enforcement
- Someone who doesn't speak Arabic or understand Arabic is essential. Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French or German is beneficial
- Swiss or EU citizenship (or a valid Swiss work permit) preferred
- No visible tattoos. Dress in business or smart-casual attire at all times as appropriate.
- Strong international experience and cultural sensitivity
- Advanced driving skills with a valid EU/Swiss driving license
- First Aid/CPR certified; tactical medical training is a plus
- Clean background; must pass thorough security and reference checks

This role involves irregular hours, on-call availability, and short-notice travel. A professional, discreet demeanor and a strong commitment to excellence are essential. The candidate doesn't need to have martial arts as shouldn't be required. Please no ex doormen, bouncers or retail security.
