Job Title: Chauffeur

We are seeking a professional Chauffeur to join our small team. As a Chauffeur/Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to our clients, with impeccable client service.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a can-do attitude, is friendly and enjoys the challenge of working in a small business with growth ambitions. Whilst driving/chauffeur experience will be an advantage to your application, we are as interested in the personality of this hire as we are in any experience or qualifications.

The ideal candidate is not only an excellent driver with good knowledge of the roads in the South East, but is also a strong communicator with both clients and other drivers.

  • Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, following predetermined routes and schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant and comfortable ride for passengers
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, as well as opening and closing doors
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, including speed limits and seat belt usage
  • Plan and coordinate routes to ensure timely arrival and departure for clients
  • Handle any unforeseen delays or obstacles with professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Provide the complete chauffeur experience to clients
  • Occasionally take vehicles for mechanical maintenance
  • Communicate effectively

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (3 or 6 points considered)
  • Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the roads of south east, especially London and the Thames Valley
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Clean driving licence
  • Clean DBS check with no previous criminal convictions
  • Private hire licence with Windsor and Maidenhead would be an advantage.
  • English speaking/written to a native standard
