Spire Leicester Hospital are looking to recruit a Chef to join their established team on a permanent basis.
About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities
- To deliver high levels of food & service across all areas of hospitality
- Support the head/senior chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and maintaining standards
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and customers, both internal & external
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP requirements
- Achieve efficient and consistent food delivery throughout all hospitality areas
- Foster and maintain a culture of teamwork between kitchen, servicing staff, and all healthcare departments
- Lead by example, ensuring consistency in food production and presentation

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2+ preferred
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training
- Proven knowledge and experience in similar establishments
- A professional self-starter who can work independently
- Highly organised and capable of working in a fast-paced, busy environment
